  The quality of the shower door is great, and the install went well. But I had a few issues with their service:
  
  1. After having someone come out to see my bathroom and discuss what I wanted, it took over a week and a couple ignored emails to get someone to give me a quote on my job.
  2. I scheduled my install several weeks in advance. The morning of install no one showed up at the scheduled time. I called them to find out when they would be arriving and they told me they had to reschedule. I had not been notified of the reschedule. After I let them know that I had not been notified and I had taken the day off of work for the install they rectified the situation sent installers down later that day.
  After install I had confirmed the final amount due and told them to go ahead and charge my card I had given them for the deposit. I then received a call a week later saying I had not paid. I again told them to please charge my card. Then two weeks later another call telling me I had not paid in full.
  I think they need to improve their communication skills both internally and with their customers.
