  I came across the Niche Wine Tours website while looking to plan a birthday weekend getaway for my husband and I. I reached out to Katie with some questions and she got back to me right away and we kept in touch up until our trip to Paso Robles. She planned a full itinerary for our day based on things that my husband and I were looking for. The day of the tour was absolutely amazing! Katie knows all things wine and she was an absolute joy to spend the day with! We loved having a private and personalized wine country tour as opposed to riding with strangers on a bus. The best part of the tour was Katie managed to set us up for a completely private tour with the owner of Shadow Run winery. We got to see the vineyards up close and personal, had the entire wine making process explained to us and got to taste all of the wines straight out of the barrels! We found out from the owner of the winery that they have never done that kind of tour before -- we got to have that experience only because of Katie! It was well worth the money and we will cherish the memories forever. Thank you again, Niche Wine Tours!
