  So far, I like it a lot. It would be nice if they had longer weekend hours. Early Saturday morning is my favorite workout time. I have a black card membership, and their hydrotherapy massage tables are wonderful after a workout. Nice variety of machines, kept clean, and a large number of them too; so, you don't need to wait for a machine. More weight machines would be nice. I also wish the trainer was there more often, though it's nice that you get unlimited training with membership. Friendly, helpful staff, but even better if more were working at the same time. I love their no lunk rules! I am an overweight man trying to improve my fitness and health, and I feel comfortable, welcome, and not judged when I work out there. I was nervous about exercising in public, but I am able to be comfortable enough to "get in the zone" when I am there.
