  Meeting Suzi was a blessing at first. She was such a nice sweet old lady. I was trying to purchase a property as investment in Templeton while living in LA. I needed an agent to have trust in. She used very good sales tactics to persuade me to make an immediate offer on a property I was honest enough to tell her I really really loved and had to have. Big mistake. Don't be too honest people. It'll bite u in the ass later. So she proposed we make an offer she knew she could get seller to approve on because she "knew them personally". She intimidates you indirectly at first in her sweet ways or by being fake really and say she'd be honored to work for you and get you your dream home and then screws you later. If you decide to work with Suzi make sure you get EVERYTHING she says in WRITING because she sure as hell will deny anything she verbally communicates.
  Another good note to take if u decide to work w Suzi.... her husband is a lender who is nothing but lazy and cares less to get any of your personal info correct on your loan application...In fact, you better read your application every time he send u one and says he made the revisions (he never did)... further, she convinced and made all these promises along w her husband about getting me approved for a loan but then couldn't and even offered a faudilemt loan to try and see if I'd approve. When this was a huge concern And I decided to work with a diff lender her true colors came out. I had to hire a lawyer to make certain what it was I was getting myself into because she failed to communicate and only did when there were docs to sign to simply
  Move the transaction forward to get her commission. I guess in her world of ethics and morals it's okay to get her client into the biggest transaction of her life and fail to communicate key factors and persuade her to just keep signing away -- all because she's old sweet and could never be sour. DONT TRUST THIS LADY UNLESS EVERYTHING IS IN WRITINF OR YOU WILL REGRET IT LATER! Good luck!!

  Suzi was the best! I knew nothing about buying a house and she walked us through the entire process. She helped us find the perfect house to fit our family. We will definitely be asking Suzi to help us when we decide to sell our current house or buy our next one! I highly recommend her to any prospective buyers or sellers.
